All Deposits are non-refundable. If a service is rescheduled for a different date your original deposit will no longer be valid, an additional deposit will be needed for the different date. If the service is rescheduled for the same day but at a different time the deposit will still be valid. (Same day deposits are valid for same day appointments.)
If the client is running late to his appointment and does not notify us, the appointment will be automatically cancelled after 10 minutes, also resulting in a loss of deposit.
If a client decides to stop the session early for any reason the full appointment duration is still to be paid for.
(Example): If a client schedules a 1 hour massage and has to leave 35 minutes in, the full hour is still to be paid for.
For customers requesting an immediate appointment by call in or walk in will be charged a walk in fee of $15.
As of 2023, EGift Cards expire after 3 Months of inactivity.

We have a no extra guest policy. Unless a caretaker Is absolutely needed - We do not allow extra guests to wait in the lobby, or accompany the client receiving the service for an extended period of time - unless it is absolutely necessary.
Reasons being loud ringers, loud phone activity, loud talking, and entering/exiting the lobby etc.
The only exceptions to extra guests are inquiring about services, purchasing gift certificates, or picking up a client.
If we suspect a client is heavily under the influence of alcohol or a drug(s) the appointment will automatically be cancelled resulting in loss of deposit.
We ask that you be mindful of other clients and use your inside voice. Also, please keep your phone silenced or on vibrate to respect other clients who are trying to relax. Please do not watch videos or play music on your phone loudly.
If you step out of your assigned room to use the restroom we ask that you please do not slam the doors or shut them loudly.
We serve complimentary drinks to paying customers. We offer water, coffee, soft drinks, tea, juices, or a choice of an alcoholic beverage from our small bar. We do not allow clients to self serve their own drinks. 2 drinks maximum for alcoholic beverages, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We have a zero tolerance for inappropriate questions or comments to our staff. Please do not ask our staff personal questions that do not involve our services or your therapy session. As this may make the therapist feel uncomfortable.
We perform a verbal assessment which involves us asking questions about your wellness. Example: allergies, injuries, surgeries, medications.
We also ask if there are any areas you would like us to avoid during your session.
Example: Face, stomach, or feet. etc.
Our business accepts card payments, Cash, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Cash App, or PayPal as forms of payments.
- We charge a $1 fee for all card transactions.
- We will no longer be giving out change for $50 & $100 bills. If you are paying cash bills of $20 and under are recommended.
Any forgotten items left by the client will be recovered and kept safe until the item is claimed. Proof of ownership will be required.
